A colourful and healthy breakfast. Prep time 5 mins.
- 1 large ripe banana
- 1/2 cup carrot juice
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp pecans
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
How to make: This recipe serves one. But it’s easy to double the mixture for two sleepyheads! Blend the banana, carrot juice, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth. Put in small bowl and sprinkle on pecans, cranberries, sunflower seeds and chia seeds. Eat!
